Q. Do you personalise for life events, weddings and cater for corporate events? 

We sure do!

We offer all of our vessels can be personalised in any of our 8 Signature Fragrances.

Q. How do I order a personalised candle?

You can purchase a personalised candle via our 'Personalise' page and select the design you want.

Simply select the size and fragrance and add the details you want printed on the candle.

We also can create personalised candles that best suit your particular occasion. Please contact us via email at info@aromaluxeaustralia.com for more information and pricing.

Q. What colour foils can the personalised candles be printed in?

We have a range of colours which include:

Rose Gold, Gold, Black, Pink, Aqua and Red.

Q. What fragrances do you have available?

We have our 8 Signature Fragrances which we have put together and love as each scent is different.

Whether you like fresh, fruity, or sweet fragrances or are after something invigorating, refreshing or uplifting take a look for yourself on our 'Fragrances' page.

Q. Do you refund or exchange?

As Aroma Luxe Australia is a service based business, all of our bespoke products are made to order.

Once we have received your order and payment, the work gets started; therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please choose carefully upon ordering.

We do encourage you to have a browse through our previous bespoke orders we've created via our 'Personalise' page before ordering so you can see for yourself the high quality and craftsmanship of our designs.  

Q. I've made a typing error on my personalised candle order, can I change it?

Aroma Luxe Australia cannot be held responsible for any typing errors once the order has been sent out for delivery. 

Please notify us immediately if you notice any errors that may have been made once you place your order as printing starts 24 hours after your order has been successfully processed.

Client error after the bespoke candle has been delivered can be reprinted at the clients expense.

The re-print will be placed in the print cue at the time of your approval via email and will not be prioritised over other customer orders if the client is at fault. 

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to create your order.

Each and every single candle is hand poured and each label is hand made as soon as you place your order.
We do not pour in large batches. 

However, our homeware items are ready to be posted the next day.

Q. If I order a personalised candle how long will it take to arrive?

Personalised candles take up to 7 business days to dispach. Normal delivery times will apply on top of this time.

Yes, pick up is available.

Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing for potential stockists?

We are always on the lookout for new stockists locally & Australia-wide.

Our products are currently stocked in 2 stores around Australia and on 1 online platform.
Please send all enquiries via our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will send through a copy of our wholesale price list and further information.

Q. Are your candles made from Soy Wax?

Every single candle we pour at Aroma Luxe Australia is 100% Soy Wax. 

We do so because Soy Wax is non-toxic and is healthier for humans, pets, and the environment.
It burns cleaner than paraffin, with no petrol-carbon soot which can blacken walls, ceilings, and furniture.
Soy wax doesn't contaminate ventilation ductwork in your home, or add toxic carcinogens into the air you breathe.

All Aroma Luxe Australia candles are free from herbicides, pesticides, genetically modified soy and plastics.

Our wicks are made of pure cotton, and our fragrance oils are phthatate and nitro-musk free, ensuring a clean burning candle free of pollutants, toxins and carcinogens.

Every Aroma Luxe Australia candle is also eco-friendly, vegan friendly and are not tested on animals.

Shipping

We use a very reliable courier service for all online orders. You will receive an email once your item has been packed & is ready for  pickup.

This email will include tracking information. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding the  shipment of your order.

We take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. 

Unfortunately, all orders will be sent to one destination only and can’t be split up.

We also do not post to PO Boxes!

All orders placed require a physical address for our courier to deliver your goods to.

Failure to do so delays the delivery and is at fault of the client.

Aroma Luxe Australia cannot be held responsible for any missed deadlines or delay of delivery.

Australian Orders under AUD$100.00 must pay a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$10.00

Any Australian orders over AUD$100.00 or more recieve free shipping.

International shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order at the checkout.

Breakages & Damage

Aroma Luxe Australia cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched.

Each and every single candle is hand poured and each label is hand made as soon as you place your order.

We pride ourselves in our work and guarantee your candle will never leave our premises in a poor condition.

We take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. 

All orders are throughly checked  before leaving our HQ.  

Although, between leaving our HQ and arriving at your door, handling of your package is up to the shipping  company and their employees.
In the unlikely event that your item or package is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours so that we can make contact with the courier company to have the matter assessed.
